DOUGLAS COUNTY, Neb. (KMTV) — The Douglas County Health Department reports two more adults over the age of 65 have died from the flu.
315 flu cases were reported in the county last week. Health leaders say widespread flu activity continues in Douglas county.
So far this flu season, four deaths were reported in the county. They were all people over age 65.
A child also died from the flu in Nebraska.
Douglas County has seen more than 1800 flu cases since last fall.
