EL PASO, Texas. (KMTV) — Margie Reckard was one of 22 people killed inside an El Paso Walmart earlier this month. Her son, Dean, lives in Omaha. His favorite Husker hat now hangs from his mother's tribute.
Dean's fiancé shared the above photos with KMTV. She says Dean told people that those in Nebraska are with them.
Hundreds of people showed up to Margie's funeral last Friday. Originally, the service was planned for a funeral home, but had to be moved to a larger space to accommodate the crowd.
