LINCOLN-LANCASTER COUNTY HEALTH DEPARTMENT

  • The Lincoln-Lancaster County Health Department (LLCHD) today announced that a resident has died from COVID-19, bringing the total number of deaths in Lancaster County to 43. The individual was a man in his 70s who had been hospitalized. On behalf of the City, Mayor Gaylor Baird expresses condolences to his family and friends.
  • LLCHD reports 102 lab-confirmed cases of COVID-19 in Lancaster County today, bringing the community total to 8,979.
  • Recoveries: up from 3,862 to 3,922
  • Overall positivity rate:
    • Lancaster County – up from 8.9 percent to 9 percent
    • State – remains at 11.2 percent
    • National – remains at 7.6 percent
