NEBRASKA

DOUGLAS COUNTY

  • Positivity rate for the week, which ended Saturday, was 8.8% - down from last week's 10%
  • 8,996 tests were conducted this week, up from 7,030 the previous week
  • 170 additional positive cases reported Sunday for a total of 15,935 cases
  • Looking at the weekly increase of roughly 85 new cases during the past week, DCHD says it's important to note the increase came in the 20-49 age group
  • No additional deaths for a total of 193 deaths
  • 12,244 residents have recovered
  • As of the most recent report Saturday, metro area hospitals had 346 beds available for a 75% occupancy rate
  • There were 99 inpatients diagnosed with COVID-19 and 26 more persons of interest
  • 17 people who were confirmed or suspected of having COVID-19 were on ventilators

LINCOLN-LANCASTER COUNTY

  • 61 additional positive cases for a total of 6,294 cases
  • Number of deaths remains at 24

IOWA

  • 804 additional COVID-19 cases for a total of 86,229 cases
  • 12 additional deaths for a total of 1,315 deaths
  • 65,782 residents have recovered
