Douglas Co. reports nine more COVID-19-related deaths, including a man in his 40s

OMAHA, Neb. (KMTV) — On Friday, the Douglas County Health Department (DCHD) nine more COVID-related deaths and 263 more cases of the virus.

The additional deaths include:

  • Four women - Two in their 60s, one in her 70s and one over 85.
  • Five men - A man in his 40s, three men in their 60s and a man over 70.

The total number of deaths related to the pandemic is now at 544.

With the additional cases, the county’s total is now at 57,733.

The number of residents who have recovered from the virus is now at 41,149.
