Fremont Board of Health releases directed health measure

FREMONT, Neb. (KMTV) — On Friday, the Fremont Board of Health released information about a directed health measure which will impact a number of businesses in the area.

Starting on Sunday, April 5 through May 6, the following business will be ordered to close:

  • Beauty salons
  • Nail salons
  • Barbershops
  • Gyms
  • Fitness centers
  • Tattoo parlors
  • Massage therapist establishments

Terra Uhing, Executive Director at Three Rivers Public Health Department said, “It is very important for the community to come together in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, we all have to do our part to keep our communities healthy and safe.”
