Fremont Public Schools offering meals for students during school closure

OMAHA, Neb. (KMTV) — The Fremont Public Schools will be offering breakfast and lunch for children in Fremont starting on March 23.

The school district closed its schools indefinitely in an effort to slow the exposure of the COVID-19 virus, but the district will continue providing meals for its children starting next week. The district will be offering breakfast and lunch Monday through Friday from 10 am to 1 pm. Any Fremont child 18 and under can receive a meal at one of the three sites, and the child must be present to receive a meal.
