COUNCIL BLUFFS, Iowa (KMTV) — On Monday, eight months into the pandemic, Iowa Gov Kim Reynolds issued the state’s first mask mandate following a spike of coronavirus cases. On Tuesday, the mandate and the requirements it places on businesses and the people of Iowa took effect.
