COUNCIL BLUFFS, Iowa. (KMTV) — Coronavirus is impacting everyone in different ways.

One Council Bluffs family grew this week and took extra steps to make sure siblings and grandparents could see the newborn.

The Atherton family shared photos of baby Kingston, who was born at Methodist Jennie Edmundson Hospital on Thursday.

Kingston's five siblings and grandparents wanted to see him -- but limits on hospital visits due to coronavirus could’ve been a problem.

His parents, Tennille and Nick, worked with the hospital to come up with a solution using binoculars and a hospital window.

The kids were able to line up outside early Friday and got their first look at baby Kingston, who’s now at home with his family.
