POTTAWATTAMIE COUNTY, Iowa (KMTV) — POTTAWATTAMIE COUNTY (KMTV) - Pottawattamie County Public Health announced the 12th case of coronavirus in the county on Wednesday.
The case is a woman between 41-60 years old and a rural resident of Neola. County health officials say she was tested on April 5 and is currently self-isolating.
Pottawattamie County Public Health is conducting a contact tracing investigation and is in contact with the Iowa Department of Public Health.
County health officials urge people to practice social distancing and stay at home as much as possible.
Of the county's 12 coronavirus cases, three have recovered.
