TestNebraska & TestIowa sites altering hours of operation

OMAHA, Neb. (KMTV) — Due to the ongoing impact of the winter storm that hit the area, COVID-19 test sites in Council Bluffs will be closed and sites in Omaha and Lincoln will be opening at 11 a.m.

People who registered for TestNebraska sites should have been notified of the change via email. TestNebraska said those who are registered should regularly check their messages for updates.

The office of Iowa Gov. Kim Reynolds said people who registered for testing in Council Bluffs will be notified of the changes via email. In addition, it said, "Individuals whose appointments were canceled Monday or Tuesday due to the winter storm can bring their QR code to any site during open hours to be tested. There is no need to take the assessment again or schedule a new appointment time.."

Sites in Council Bluffs are expected to resume normal hours on Wednesday from 8 a.m to 4 p.m.
