Two healthcare workers at Madonna Rehabilitation's Omaha campus test positive for COVID-19

OMAHA, Neb. (KMTV) — A spokesperson for Madonna Rehabilitation's Omaha campus confirmed Monday that two healthcare workers have tested positive for COVID-19.

The employees are now at home under quarantine.

Additionally, Madonna Rehabilitation has restricted other healthcare workers who may have come in contact with these individuals from reporting to work, pending guidance from their chief medical officer. They are also actively following CDC guidance.

The spokesperson added that Madonna Rehabilitation is notifying patients who may have had contact with the healthcare workers and restricting those patients to their rooms.

Staff who work on the impacted unit have been asked to use face masks.
