Council Bluffs police responded to a shots fired call around 6:30 p.m. Monday night. They found one man dead and another man injured.
They began investigating the incident as a robbery. It happened at an apartment complex at Glen Avenue and Pierce Street.
Police tell us the surviving victim is stable.
