13 arrested in Child Exploitation Task Force prostitution sting

Thirteen people were arrested Friday, June 16, in a Child Exploitation Task Force undercover prostitution sting near 75th and Cedar streets.

Eleven suspects were arrested on misdemeanor prostitution charges, two on felony pandering charges, and one on felony possession of methamphetamine, according to an Omaha Police Department press release.

The following arrests were made during the CETF operation:

  • Nery Mazariegos-Alvarado, 42, faces charges of solicitation of prostitution
  • Katie Freimark, 30, faces charges of solicitation of prostitution, prostitution and carrying concealed weapon (stun gun)
  • Krystal Harbin, 34, faces charges of solicitation of prostitution, prostitution and meth possession (approx. 4.6 grams)
  • Michelle Eastman, 49, faces charges of solicitation of prostitution and prostitution
  • Lu Kut, 37, faces charges of solicitation of prostitution
  • Angelina Williams, 20, faces charges of solicitation of prostitution and prostitution
  • Kenneth Be, 58, faces charges of solicitation of prostitution
  • Juan Pena, 21, faces charges of solicitation of prostitution
  • Breanna Russ, 26, faces charges of solicitation of prostitution and prostitution
  • Jhaneese Burks, 21, faces charges of prostitution
  • Tiera Rowsey-Harris, 24, faces charges of pandering
  • Brandon Carr, 31, faces charges of pandering

Multiple agencies participated in the undercover operation, including OPD, FBI, Douglas County Sheriff's Office, Nebraska State Patrol, Council Bluffs Police Department, and the Lincoln Police Department, according to the release.
