OMAHA, Neb. (KMTV) — The Lancaster County Sheriff's Office confirms that Katerian LeGrone and Andre Hunt are in custody in the Lancaster County jail.
LeGrone is being held on suspicion of first degree sexual assault. Hunt is being held on suspicion of aiding and abetting first degree sexual assault. They are expected to appear before a judge on Wednesday.
The players were first suspended by the team in August.
This month, ESPN reported that the players were facing a 2.5 year suspension from the school because of the university's investigation into assault accusations.
