OMAHA, Neb. (KMTV) — A 24-year-old Omaha man is dead following a car crash early Sunday near Millard Ave and U St.
At 1:43 a.m., officers responded to Millard Ave and U St. for a single vehicle crash. A 2007 Chevy Silverado was eastbound on Millard Ave when it left the roadway, rolling down an embankment.
The driver, identified as 24-year-old Jacob S. Folda, was ejected from the vehicle and pronounced dead by OFD Medics.
Authorities say a lack of seat belt use was a contributing factor. The crash remains under investigation.
