A 50-year-old man was shot 2-3 times at an apartment complex in Gretna Thursday morning.
According to a release from the Sarpy County Sheriff's Office, the victim drove himself to the Gretna Fire Station and then was transported to the Bergan Mercy Trauma Center in serious condition.
The suspect is a 52-year-old man who was died at the hospital after a self-inflicted gun shot wound.
The incident is under investigation.
