OMAHA, Neb. (KMTV) — About 850 Omaha Public Power District (OPPD) customers are without power in a central section of the city.
OPPD said, “Troubleshooters are investigating the cause of a couple of circuits that locked out in Central Omaha shortly before 2 p.m.”
The outage is occurring in these areas:
- Burt St. to Center St., from 72nd to 64th St.
- Pacific St. to Woolworth Ave., from 74th St. to 71st St.
OPPD said crews hope to have power restored within the next hour “barring unforeseen problems.”
