The Red Cross is assisting several residents of an apartment building after a Wednesday afternoon fire.
Firefighters were called to the apartment near 108th and Fort around 2:40 p.m. for a reported grease fire. They were able to put it out in about 20 minutes.
Several residents were evacuated and firefighters rescued a dog and a cat.
