Bellevue Police arrested a Sioux City man for allegedly attempting to entice a child online.
Police arrested 47 year old Neil Ingram Wednesday on sexual assault-use of an electronic communication device charges Wednesday. Police say Ingram contacted a 15 year old girl and used indecent, lewd, and obscene language during his online conversations and sent sexually explicit messages to her.
Ingram made arrangements to travel from Sioux City to Bellevue to meet the the teen. Police met Ingram in a parking lot at 36th & Chandler and arrested him.
