Omaha Police Homicide Unit investigators have made an arrest in the July homicide of Frederick J. Green.
Phillip Figures, 38, is facing first-degree murder charges in the death of Green, 58, who was found dead in a residence July 15.
At 1:39 p.m. that Saturday, OPD and Omaha Fire responded to a call near 35th and Martin streets.
