The Pottawattamie County Sheriff’s Office has released the names of a teenager killed in a single-vehicle crash Monday, along with the three others who were injured.

Gage Williams, 14, was killed in the crash. The driver, 18-year-old Kael Karagianis, and a passenger, 16-year-old Jordan Macia, were both taken to Mercy CHI in Council Bluffs with injuries that were not life-threatening. A third passenger, 16-year-old Kaden Karagianis, who is the brother of Kael Karagianis, was taken to Jennie Edmundson hospital with injuries described as incapacitating.

All four teens were from Neola.

Deputies say they responded around 5:40 p.m. to the crash located at the 18 mile marker of Rail Road Highway, which runs parallel to Interstate 80.

“Deputies found a 1998 Ford F-150 pickup that had been southbound on Rail Road Highway, rolled at least one time coming to rest in a farm field,” the Sheriff’s Office said.

Officials say they are still investigating the cause of the crash.
