Thursday night the people of Council Bluffs will get festive for the holiday season.
Bayliss Park is set to turn into a twinkling wonderland and Winterfest. The celebration, in its 19th year, will feature Mayor Matt Walsh, Santa and hundreds of others getting in the spirit.
Additionally, the Union Pacific Museum will be offering free activities for families.
The even begins at 6 p.m.
