BELLEVUE, Neb. (KMTV) — The Bellevue Loop Trail has been closed recently due to flooding--unfortunately, those looking to spend their Spring enjoying the trail will now have to wait up to two years.
The closure is a result of Papio NRD beginning construction on the entire Missouri River levee improvement project.
