Bellevue Police arrested a man who's accused of sexually assaulting his live-in girlfriend.
25 year old Arlon Fleming faces 1st degree sexual assault. Police say they were called to the couple's home at 2503 Kibbon street on Monday to investigate a domestic disturbance. During their investigation, the woman told officers Fleming had sexually assaulted her. Court records show the victim has filed for orders of protection against Fleming in the past.
Fleming also faces a criminal mischief charge for allegedly flattening a tire on the woman's vehicle. He's currently in the Sarpy County jail.
