BELLEVUE, Neb. (KMTV) — A Bellevue man was arrested early Thursday on charges that included attempted first-degree murder.
Police say David Clark, 35, shot a 35-year-old female in what was initially reported as an accidental shooting. However, following an investigation with assistance from the OPD Crime Lab, Clark was arrested.
Clark also faces charges of first-degree assault, first-degree domestic violence, use of a weapon to commit a felony and felon in possession of a firearm.
The victim was hospitalized and there is no update on her condition at this time.
