A Bellevue man will serve prison time for the death of a toddler.
Today, a Sarpy County District Court judge sentenced Armond Floyd in Papillion. He received 30 to 40 years for the death of his girlfriend's daughter Imani Edwards
Floyd put his hand over the child's mouth and nose last November because the child was crying.
He told police he grabbed the child by an arm and swung her into a wall.
Floyd must serve at least 15 years behind bars before he's eligible for release.
