Alan Stack, the man accused of killing his girlfriend, 51-year-old Beverly Bauermeister, in the couple's Bellevue home, made his first appearance in court Monday.
Stack, 56, was denied bond in Sarpy County court. He is due to appear in court again next month.
According to police, Bauermeister's body was found by her familyThursday night.
