OMAHA, Neb. (KMTV) — Two people were arrested in Bellevue early this morning after an altercation between two males, police say.
Bellevue Police Officers arrived at 1811 Lloyd Street for a disturbance with shots fired call, just after 3 a.m.
Investigating officers say there was an altercation between two males including 23-year-old Tyler M. Botos. They say Botos pulled out a gun during the fight and fired one shot at the other male but hit a car instead.
They say Botos dropped the gun while continuing to struggle with the other other male. It's at this point that they say 25-year-old Olivia Ashley removed the gun from the scene.
Botos was arrested for Attempted Second-Degree Murder, Use of a Firearm to Commit a Felony, Terroristic Threats and Criminal Mischief.
Ashley was arrested for Tampering with Evidence.
Both suspects have been lodged at Sarpy County Jail.
No injuries were reported at the scene.
