Bellevue Police ID'd man found dead on railroad tracks

Bellevue Police has Identified the man who was found dead in railroad tracks Sunday morning.

The deceased victim in this case has been identified as 45 year old, Saul Davila-Solis

Bellevue Police were notified of a body that was found lying on the west set of Union Pacific Railroad tracks at 1349 Chandler Road. The reporting party was the Engineer on a northbound train on the east set of tracks. The Engineer observed the man’s body on the track and contacted law enforcement. The train and crew remained on scene until the arrival of law enforcement and rescue personnel.

BPD says The last known address for Mr. Davila-Solis was Bellevue.

However, it is not believed that he was a current resident of the City and his actual residency is unknown. Bellevue Police Investigators are continuing to work with Union Pacific Railroad Police to determine exactly how and when this incident occurred.
