OMAHA, Neb. (KMTV) — Benson West Elementary near 66th and Maple was temporarily placed on lockout Wednesday afternoon around dismissal time.
Authorities say the lockout was due to an online threat that was not perceived as credible.
The individual who made the threat was pinged and is from Lincoln, according to Omaha Police.
Police have since lifted the lockout.
