Warren Buffett is making headlines for a new acquisition. The billionaire stuck a deal to eventually acquire control of the truck stop chain Pilot Flying J. 

Buffett's Berkshire Hathaway bought a major stake in the company and will eventually become the majority shareholder. 

The chain currently has more than 27,000 employees and 750 locations. 

Flying J's headquarters will remain in Tennessee.
