A well-traveled stretch of road between Blair and Omaha has a new look.
Construction is now complete on Blair High Road, transforming it from two lanes to four. A ribbon-cutting ceremony was held Friday morning with local leaders in attendance, along with Senator Deb Fischer and Governor Pete Ricketts.
