SIDNEY, Neb. (KMTV) — Update:
All highways in the panhandle are now open, according to the Nebraska Department of Transportation.
Additionally, I-80 has re-opened in both directions in the area.

11/30/19 update:
The Nebraska State Patrol says I-80 and Hwy 30 has closed for both directions of travel due to blizzard conditions.
The closure extends from Wyoming to mile marker 102 (the I-76 split).
Travel is not advised in the panhandle at this time.
UPDATE: I-80 and Hwy 30 are now CLOSED for both directions of travel from Wyoming to MM102 (I-76 split).
