Dozens gathered outside the Nebraska Public Service Commission building to rally against the Keystone XL pipeline.
Wednesday at 5p.m. was the deadline to file as an "intervener" for the NPSC's review of the pipeline.
According to Bold Nebraska the NPSC is expected to hold public hearings on Keystone XL during April to June in various locations, including along the pipeline route.
The NPSC received fewer than 50 filings before the deadline.
