We're just a day away from the primary election and its now a race against the clock for campaigns. Yesterday, 3 News Now caught up with Democrats Brad Ashford and Kara Eastman as they were out meeting with voters.
"I'm confident the voters are going to make the right decision," Ashford said. "I think our message of bipartisanship, working across the aisle and actually achieving success in two years as a member of the minority party, I think that message has gotten out."
"I want people to know that I will represent them and their values in Congress because right now we need someone who will stand up and fight for the district," Eastman said.
The winner of the primary will challenge incumbent Don Bacon this fall.
