After antitrust regulators signed off on the deallast week, Cabela's shareholders voted to sell the Nebraska-based company to Bass Pro Shops.
Cabela's held a special open-and-shut meeting that lasted just 20 minutes. About 78 percent of the votes were cast in favor of of the sale.
Cabela's stockholders will receive $61.50 per share if the deal is finalized.
Currently, there are more than 1,000 Cabela's jobs in Sidney.
