PAPILLION, Neb. (KMTV) — Families found a creative opportunity to celebrate Christmas time.
At Canoyer Garden Center, families spread out throughout the Greenhouse for a kids Christmas party. Kids and parents got to do crafts like make wreaths and trees in a clean, green and spacious setting.
"We really want kids to come down to the garden center, be exposed to plants, we really love having families hang out, there's no charge, it's just kind of a place for families to hang out and do something fun," Michelle Patten with the Canoyer Garden Center said.
The Canoyer Garden Center offers its most popular event in March: a container gardening class where you leave a plant and it will grow until April or May.
