OMAHA, Neb. (KMTV) — In October, the Council Bluffs Police Department located a body wrapped in a sheet at 9th Street and 2nd Avenue. Today, they say they arrested a suspect for Murder in the 1st Degree for his alleged involvement.
36-year-old Dubol Koat, who they say was a roommate to the victim, is now in custody.
The victim, 35-year-old William Josephtong Dut, was found on the morning of Monday, October 28
Police say the investigation is still ongoing as they determine whether or not anyone else was involved. They ask anyone with information to contact them.
