SARPY COUNTY, Neb. (KMTV) — One person has died after an SUV and a cement truck collided on Highway 370 Thursday, just off Interstate 80.
The Sarpy County Sheriff's Office (SCSO) says an eastbound cement truck, being operated by 58-year-old Gregory Brennan of Omaha, collided with an SUV being operated by 18-year-old Garett Bragg of Murdock, Nebraska as Bragg turned south on Wickersham Boulevard.
Following the collision, the cement truck ended up overturning in a ditch on the southside of Highway 370.
Brennan, the driver of the cement truck, was pronounced dead at the scene.
Garret Bragg and his passenger, 68-year-old Rebecca Bragg, were transported to a nearby hospital with minor injuries.
The crash is still under investigation.
