The Centro Latino Center in Council Bluffs offers numerous programs.

They aim to help people achieve their GED's, learn English and operate computers.

The organization outgrew their location at 600 South Main street and are relocating to the Omni Center off West Broadway expanding their services to meet demand.

"People do want to learn English people do want to take their citizenship tests if they qualify to take it so people are just coming in to meet their most basic needs to advance themselves educationally but also economically as well," said Roger Garcia, Executive Director of the Centro Latino Center.

The Latino Program population in Pottawattamie Center has grown 133% from 2000 to 2010.
