OMAHA, Neb. (KMTV) — Earlier this year, Omaha Firefighters Union President Steve LeClair was fired from his position as an Omaha firefighter after an investigation into his assault of a woman at an Omaha bar.

In security video the city released, viewers can see LeClair speaking to a woman at the bar and eventually striking her in the back. The woman later said LeClair said 'white power'.

Monday, the City of Omaha announced they filed a petition to vacate the arbitrator's decision.
