OMAHA, Neb. (KMTV) — Visiting a drive-thru coffee shop is how many of us start our mornings. For people in the Eagle Run Area, a familiar favorite will be reopening after it was hit by a vehicle about two years ago.

The Crane Coffee shop at 129th Street and West Maple Road closed in 2017 after a driver in an SUV struck it, injuring five people in the process.

After a long construction process, Crane Coffee says "the eagle has landed."

The coffee shop will be reopening this afternoon with speakers on-hand including the founder and the current owner of Crane Coffee.
