A state legislative committee will meet Monday morning to discuss embattled State Senator Bill Kintner.
The Legislature's Executive committee will meet to discuss what further actions it should take against Kintner, who admitted to using a state-owned computer to engage in cybersex with a woman last year. Kintner agreed to pay a $1,000 fine.
Senators have discussed calling a special session to deal with the issue. Governor Pete Ricketts and others have called for Kintner's resignation, but he has refused.
