OMAHA, Neb. (KMTV) — The new school year is creeping up, and Keep Omaha Beautiful and the City of Omaha Parks and Recreation Department have teamed up to host a community litter cleanup at Fontenelle Park.
The Back to School Beautification Bash will be held from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at Fontenelle Park on Friday, August 2nd.
The City and the Clean Solutions for Omaha Program will host a ribbon-cutting celebration on August 8th at 10:30 am for new renovations that have taken place to the park. Keep Omaha Beautiful and Omaha Parks and Recreation will be providing all of the supplies needed for the cleanup. Snacks and water will also be provided.
