President Trump and the First Lady invited Gold Star Families to the White House for a reception last night to honor them and those they lost.
Congressman Don Bacon was also in attendance, tweeting out a picture with the family of Private First Class Eric Woods, who was killed in Iraq in 2005. He's pictured with Woods' widow Jamie, father and son Eric, who lives in Omaha.
