Nebraska now has a new inmate on the state's death row.
A three judge panel sentenced Patrick Schroeder to death Friday afternoon in Johnson County Court.
Schroeder killed a Pawnee City farmer over money in 2006, and then strangled his cellmate at the Tecumseh State Prison last year.
Schroeder did not fight the death sentence, saying he believes in the death penalty.
