It is election day across the river.
Council Bluffs voters are choosing their next city leaders throughout the day Tuesday, with a spotlight on the mayor's race. Pottawattamie County Supervisor Scott Belt is challenging incumbent mayor Matt Walsh.
Additionally, voters will decide between four candidates to fill two spots on the city council.
The polls close at 8 p.m.
