COUNCIL BLUFFS, Iowa. — The city of Council Bluffs is declaring a snow emergency this evening, impacting where people are able to park.
Starting at 7:00 p.m. Tuesday, a snow emergency parking ban will go into effect.
The parking ban remains in effect until 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
A snow emergency parking ban applies to all streets that are snow emergency routes. The list can be found here.
During this time, cars are subject to a fine and/or towing at the owner's expense if found parked on a snow emergency route street.
