A Council Bluffs man is facing attempted murder charges after police say he attacked his girlfriend with a knife and threatened to kill her.
Authorities had to use a stun gun on Joey Stalbosky, 41, after finding him on the street. Stalbosky is currently in the hospital for an unrelated medical condition and will be officially booked when he is released.
